BASIC COLLECTION - WHAT YOU GET

NOTE: Enhancement of images is limited by the quality of the original snapshot.
We can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear, but we often come close!


Basic Collection scanning includes:

  • Each photo, slide or negative is individually scanned to high resolution files.
    Either JPEG (default) or TIFF.
  • Automatic dust/speckle removal and colour adjustment is applied.
  • We use Digital ICE technology.
    (This provides a cleaner, brighter image.)
  • As required, the digital image is lightly cropped to remove poor borders.
  • Your collection is then transferred to a high compatibility DVD.
  • We create a design just for you and print it onto your DVD/s.
  • We print a matching design onto the cover slip for your DVD hard case.
  • We preserve a copy of your DVD/s in our archive, for your future requirements.
  • Your memories can be picked up in person to save costs or delivered via registered post or secure courier.
